「燦然(さんぜん)」「木村式 奇跡のお酒」で知られる岡山県・菊池酒造はこれまで、五代目蔵元の菊池東(とう)さんが蔵元杜氏として酒造りをけん引。大吟醸、吟醸クラスの商品を中心に根強いファンを獲得してきました。 東さんの長男・大輔さんは、蔵に帰った2010(平成22)年から国内外の市場に販路を拡大するなど営業面の強化に奔走。蔵内の設備や体制面の整備にも力を入れ、売り上げの拡大に貢献するとともにブランド力の強化にも尽くしています。 そして2023(令和5)年9月には大輔さんが代表取締役に就任。東さんは会長に就くとともに、引き続き杜氏を兼任する形で今酒造年度を迎えました。今後の動向が注目される中、大輔さんは六代目としてどんな蔵の未来像を描き、経営していくのでしょうか。これまでの軌跡とともに紹介します。SAKE Street | プロも愛読の日本酒メディア

It's delicious. On top of that, the Junmai Daiginjo is made from Omachi rice grown using the Kimura method, which is famous for the miracle apple, without pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides. It's even better when you consider the thoughts of the people who made it. For me, this was the best sake of the year.

Plodding around Seibu Ikebukuro 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️. In the sales floor, it stands out! 🟦Blue Bottle! I'm a sucker for limited edition! From Kikuchi Shuzo, the maker of Kurashiki's local sake "Tsannen". The name on the label also has an impact. ✨The Miracle Apple✨Cultivation Method The Kimura method of cultivation and harvesting 🌾The Miracle Omachi Rice🌾 is amazing! Well, it's a very interesting sake. The "pushy" sound when you open the bottle is also good! Now... take a sip... yes~it's delicious! Fresh! In the mouth... a mellow bitterness. A mellow bitterness and a gentle, juicy flavor. It's a miracle! It's delicious. It's also good as a midday drink. Recommended sake ⤴︎⤴︎ Please try it 💁🏼♂️.

A miracle drink Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Ginjo (Asahi) This sake is made from the same natural cultivation as the miracle apple that remained even after 311, which became a hot topic. The Omachi rice sweetens the rice and the Asahi rice refreshes and tightens it. Asahi rice is good for aperitifs and Omachi rice is good for after dinner. I paired the Asahi rice with Spanish mackerel sashimi and the Omachi rice with squid rice porridge. #Arisun in the wilderness

Made with rice naturally grown by Mr. Kimura (no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, no organic fertilizers), known for his miracle apples. Omachi from Okayama Prefecture is used. The alcohol content is 17%. It was delicious and refreshing to drink.

I had bought it about 7 years ago and I remembered how delicious it was😁. This is the first time I've seen it in a while at Ikebukuro Seibu, so I was nostalgic and bought it. The first day I opened the bottle, I felt some gas. The first day I opened the bottle, I could feel some gas. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. Hmm, this is my kind of thing 😆😆. The alcohol content is a solid 17 degrees, but you don't feel it at all, it has a smooth mouthfeel😊Lot management is important so you don't suffer the next day.
