This sake is made from the same natural cultivation as the miracle apple that remained even after 311, which became a hot topic.
The Omachi rice sweetens the rice and the Asahi rice refreshes and tightens it.

I paired the Asahi rice with Spanish mackerel sashimi and the Omachi rice with squid rice porridge.
