I bought it as a souvenir following last year.
I think I prefer it a little warmer than cold.
The taste is not too strong, a little sour. It is a refreshing drink.
I heard it is made with holy water from Nachi Falls, so I expect it to bring me good luck.
I had it at Kushimoto. I was drunk at the time, but I could drink it easily, and I only remember that it matched the sashimi on the table very well. I also remember that the price was expensive.

Long time no post. I went on a trip to Kumano and was waiting for some local sake to return. Junmai sake. With Sanmao (mackerel).
The aroma is like alcohol and rice, and the mouthfeel is round and sweet. It is round and sweet on the palate, not fruity but umami.
Slightly fragrant ginjo aroma.
The taste is crystal clear.
It has a slight sharpness, but overall it is very light.
When I drank it with my eyes closed, I was reminded of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in my mind.
