Since I was in Fukushima Prefecture, I bought some sake from a Fukushima sake brewery.
There was not much information in the store, so I was a bit confused, but I bought it on a hunch that I would probably like it because it was in the refrigerated section.
It has a slightly fruity aroma, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing, subtle sweetness.
There was a slight bitterness behind the sweetness and a very slight sourness.
I went to the liquor store in the next town over.
I went to the liquor store in the next town over and asked for the standard
Sold out😭
I haven't had it in the past.
I chose this one!
Yum 😳
I like ❤️
Slightly minced aroma
A burst of umami when you drink it...
I love the sweet, bitter and sour taste!
I also like the sake feeling: ❤️
Sake no Ohira 1,650 yen
Of course, we will end the trip with 🍶!
So, as the season calls for it, we will be drinking "hiyaoroshi" in a comparison style!
First, the leftmost "Okunomatsu"!
The aroma is warm and fruity, like bananas and tangerines.
It has a beautiful mouthfeel and a gentle flavor that spreads softly. It has a clean and refreshing taste with a roundness that is typical of autumn sake, which makes you want to drink it in small sips!
This one was served at room temperature.
The flavor of the rice remains, but it is light on the palate.
Serve with a strong flavor of horse sashimi.

Okunomatsu Adatara Ginjo-Ginjo-Harazake 1265 yen (4-pack bottle)
A gift from ‼️ The label and bottle are stylish like a delicious summer sake✨.
Today's snack was dried fish under the ice 🐟I struggled to loosen the meat because it was too hard and I couldn't get to the sake💦.
Finally, I used a hammer and tongs to break it up ✋.
Now, sake is available at ....... The aroma smells strongly of alcohol, and the first attack is The Alcohol...like sake from my school days. I'm too used to good sake.
