It is Oku-no-Matsu Special Junmai. We drank it chilled. The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it is fruity and delicious sake. You can buy it at the supermarket. It's delicious 😋

Junmai Ginjo Genshu with 55% polished rice. It is full of freshness because it is Arabashiri and of course the aroma is very strong. When you pour it into a glass, it has a light cloudiness characteristic of arabashiri, with fine bubbles - it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, with notes of green apple, white peach and green melon. When you drink it, you can feel the fine bubbles through your throat and it is very fresh. It's delicious!

This is Oku-no-Matsu Special Junmai, my second time to post. This is the second time I've posted this. I had it at room temperature. It has a mild aroma and is a delicious sake that you won't get tired of drinking.

It's hot again today 🥵. After taking a bath, I went to the fridge, I found this sake that is very little left 😮. I think this was from an event at the Hankyu Department Store on April 3. Hankyu Department Store's event at the 9th Traveling SAKE event held at Hankyu Department Store on April 3, I thought I bought it for my daughter 😃. I checked and it seems she left some for me 😄. Since I went to the trouble of buying it, I mixed it with strongly carbonated water this time 😄. Yummy 😋. （I wish I had some wine vinegar 😅), (although it would have been better if I had some wine vinegar😅) My daughter, who is new to alcohol, seems to like this drink She seems to like it 😁. Well, she seems to care about it. I'm glad she cares 😁☺️ I'll buy her some fruit wine tomorrow 😄. Thank you for the treat 😋😋.

Opened slightly chilled. Nose is full, with melon, apple, and a bit of stone fruit. Flavor is full bodied with more intense cantaloupe and spice, black pepper and alcohol. Texture is rich and smooth, and cloys a bit. Finish is clean but carries the spice and burn for a while. I'd drink it again but will have it with food. It's a strong and full drink on it's own.
