It is Oku-no-Matsu Special Junmai. We drank it chilled. The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it is fruity and delicious sake. You can buy it at the supermarket. It's delicious 😋

Junmai Ginjo Genshu with 55% polished rice. It is full of freshness because it is Arabashiri and of course the aroma is very strong. When you pour it into a glass, it has a light cloudiness characteristic of arabashiri, with fine bubbles - it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, with notes of green apple, white peach and green melon. When you drink it, you can feel the fine bubbles through your throat and it is very fresh. It's delicious!

I used to drink Okunomatsu when I lived in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. I saw it at one supermarket and bought it immediately. This is a new sake, but it is still the same. It is a good sake to drink at night.

Nanka Yokai
Melon-like aroma and mouthfeel. The sweetness quickly fades away, and the acidity and dry sharpness come through. The inside of the mouth is smooth, giving the impression of a fresh yellow-green color.

Okunomatsu Adatara Ginjo Delicious. As expected of the IWC 2018 champion saké. The aroma is weak. Gentle taste. It is very light and clean with no unwanted peculiarities. It has good sharpness and umami. Good balance. The impression is a little dry and dry. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste and it is smooth. A high level sake.
