It's been a while since I've had such a colored sake! It's a dry but relaxing sake. I think this sake is better warmed up.

It's not that it's peculiar to drink on its own, but it's just right when it's heated up, I think it is a sake that is supposed to be heated up. It is a sake that is supposed to be warmed up. It's a sake that's supposed to be drunk smoothly, so it doesn't go well with snacks that are too strong. I think it's best served warmed with a normal meal. ★★★★

There is not much aroma. The sweetness of the rice hits you hard. It has a matured feel, but not too much peculiarity, and is full of flavor. The aftertaste is refreshing. Lately, I like sake with a sense of rice rather than fruity sake.
