Yesterday, my wife declared a big cleaning day, so I spent the whole day cleaning 🧹. I was tired, so I picked up my son from his part-time job and had dinner at a soba noodle restaurant in Amu Plaza Kumamoto. They had sake, so I looked at the menu and found a brand I'd never had before. I don't know how to read it, but I ordered it anyway. I don't know how to read it, but I ordered it anyway. I saw that MAJ and Gura have reviewed it before 😄. It came poured, so I couldn't see the stylish bottle 😢. The taste is delicious sweetness 😋 but not fruitiness. The aftertaste is clean and tastes more like a classic sake. I enjoyed it with a bowl of Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of rice) 😁.

tomo, please excuse my comment. It's called "Shareemon". It is a limited edition sake from a liquor store in Fukuoka. It is brewed by Tosa Shiragiku, so the taste is similar. I like it a lot. And I use the bottle as a vase.

I was going to buy it when I found it at the liquor store, since it was reviewed by Greissinger19 the other day. I asked about the two different colors of the bottles and found out that the blue bottle was a limited time only draft sake! I got it before it was gone 😁. I opened the bottle on Monday, the first day of work, because I had a rest day on Sunday, the day after the offline meeting. 😅😅 The refreshing aroma lured me in and I took a sip. The slight sweetness and soft lemony acidity match beautifully and are delicious 😋😋. I like the first day's fresh taste, but the taste after a few days is more like a white wine 😆👍. It was a "Bokushareemondesu" that never goes out of style after all ♪

MAJ-san also likes this Shachaemon. From the strong mellow aroma of rice, a slight gasiness to a citrusy sweet and bitter taste. This is really delicious.

After the green bottle (Jun Gin) and the black bottle (Hiyaoroshi), the next one is the clear bottle Sharakuemon Raw, which is suitable for new sake. In the refrigerator, I say, "Hello. Hello, I'm Shaareemon. I can't help but take them when I see them lined up! As always, there are so many different bow tie labels to choose from, it's hard to choose just one 😊. The aroma is crisp and fresh, like a green apple. There is no gassy or tingling sensation, and the sweet and bitter jewels spread out 😋. The sweetness is not overpowering, and the bitterness is gentle, but when you roll it slowly, you can taste the flavor along with the acidity! Finally, it finishes with the bitterness returning! 😆 😆 This time, it was still a delicious Shakuganemon.

It's been 5 months since I've had a Shakuganemon. Again, I got my hands on it before drinking Tosa Shiragiku. It's still mellow and melon flavor is my favorite. The aftertaste is also refreshing and easy to drink.

This time it's the hiyaoroshi version of Share-Emon. Compared to last time, the sweetness is less dry and the acidity and bitterness are a little stronger. It's a crisp drinkable type and it was delicious.

There is not much of an aroma, but it is mild and melon flavored. It has a dry and refreshing aftertaste. It's not high in alcohol content, but it has a strong alcohol flavor. (I've never had Tosa shiragiku, so I'll have to give it a try sometime!

Hi. I'm Shareemon. I bought a jacket without knowing which brewery it was from. I didn't even know which brewery it was from when I bought the cover. To be honest, I didn't have that many expectations when I drank it. It's delicious~! It's very good, very sweet and bitter, just like I like it.
