Yesterday, my wife declared a big cleaning day, so I spent the whole day cleaning 🧹.
I was tired, so I picked up my son from his part-time job and had dinner at a soba noodle restaurant in Amu Plaza Kumamoto.
They had sake, so I looked at the menu and found a brand I'd never had before.

It came poured, so I couldn't see the stylish bottle 😢.
The taste is delicious sweetness 😋 but not fruitiness. The aftertaste is clean and tastes more like a classic sake.
I enjoyed it with a bowl of Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of rice) 😁.

tomo, please excuse my comment. It's called "Shareemon". It is a limited edition sake from a liquor store in Fukuoka. It is brewed by Tosa Shiragiku, so the taste is similar. I like it a lot. And I use the bottle as a vase.
