Slightly yellow, clear and acidic in cold conditions. It has a little bit of maturity. But it has no unpleasant taste. It also has sweetness. The sushi here is excellent and they have a wide variety of sake 👍.

Recently, new flavors of sake have been coming out, and I am enjoying them very much, but of course, this kind of sake on the high street is also delicious. First of all, it was chilled to about 5 degrees Celsius. Hmmm. It is a good sake. Raise the temperature and enjoy the fullness of the flavor.
