It is served with chicken sashimi, but the meat is light and the sauce is a perfect match for its rich flavor. Potato salad and ahi jogi are also available on the table, but they don't go well with chicken sashimi even if they are rich in flavor. The chicken sashimi sauce (sweet sauce with grated garlic and apple) goes very well with this sake.
It has a sharp and sweet taste, with a slightly thickened mouthfeel. It is the best match for chicken sashimi. Personally, I think it would be best if it were a little less sweet, because the sweetness would win out over the ajillo. ★★★☆☆

Slightly yellow, clear and acidic in cold conditions. It has a little bit of maturity. But it has no unpleasant taste. It also has sweetness. The sushi here is excellent and they have a wide variety of sake 👍.
