Sake I went to Fukushima and bought
The medical checkup is over and I start drinking sake again.
It's delicious.
I can't stop drinking it.
Refreshing yet full of flavor.
This local sake from Fukushima City and Iizaka Onsen was brewed using water from the Surikamigawa River, which flows through Iizaka Onsen, one of the three best hot springs in Oshu, and Fukunoka sake rice grown in the water, at Fukushima Prefecture's only sake brewery, Kinsho Sake Brewery. It had a mellow, fruity aroma and a refreshing taste.
Rice used: 100% Hitomebore produced in Fukushima Prefecture

This sake uses "Yume-no-Ko" rice and yeast originally developed by Fukushima Prefecture for sake brewing, and is made with the Fukushima brand.
I chose this sake expecting sweetness, but I did not feel much sweetness!

Mellow 😋 flavor, sweet, deliciously spicy. It's not habitual and it goes down smoothly. Excellent sake 😆 Seasonal unodan and hoya are yummy 😋I think the label on the conveyor belt sushi is high 👍.

This was also served at a festival at a nearby shrine. It has a stronger ginjo aroma than the previous junmai ginjo. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. It goes well with the tuna snacks that the shopkeeper gave us.
When I was in Fukushima Prefecture, I stopped by a sake brewery and bought this. It is quite good. As the label explains, it is a well-balanced and beautiful sake. I am also looking forward to the space sake I bought with it.

It has a soft aroma of Japanese pear.
It is smooth to drink and has a great flavor.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp with a slight alcohol taste.
Delicious with vinegared octopus purchased at a Hokkaido product exhibition.
We enjoyed it with a pickled octopus that we bought at a Hokkaido product exhibition. It also goes well with beef jerky.
I like that it is modest yet tasty.
