3 fresh bottles for comparison I went to yuito in Asakusa. The bright and stylish atmosphere made me want to go there on a special occasion. Abeto yuito is gentle on the palate and has a pleasant balance of acidity and sweetness. When paired with appetizers or light snacks, it is a bottle that will naturally make you drink more. Hakusen is juicy and gorgeous from the first sip. The satisfaction was much greater when paired with fried or grilled fish or other dishes with a bit of oil and flavor. Ryuki has a very clean aftertaste and is an excellent match for sashimi and simple dishes with a salty flavor. When drunk at the end, it gives the impression that it rounds out the entire meal. The same "fresh" type of wine, Each wine has its own distinct personality: gentle, gorgeous, and light. By comparing the two, we were able to understand the differences in sake brewing styles at each brewery. For me, the Abeto Yuto was quite easy to drink, with a good balance of fruity, rice sweetness and acidity, and I liked its slightly effervescent mouthfeel.
