Mutsu Hachisen Nouveau Ooragarami
I compared 3 kinds of sake with Mutsu Hachisen Nouveau Sumi-shu and Mutsu Otokoyama, and this one was the most delicious.
The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of melon and banana.
In the mouth, it is juicy and mildly sweet with a slight acidity.
It was delicious, but I used to think of Hakusen as having a 🍎 aroma, but since last year they have changed to a 🍈🍌 type yeast, and as a lover of 🍎 I am feeling a little sad about that.
