The aroma and mouthfeel are both white grape. In the mouth, the acidity spreads for a moment and quickly recedes, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. This is a wonderful sake that I learned that it is possible to produce such a delicate flavor by fire-roasting.
Since we were there, we drank it while listening to the Beatles' 𝕄𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕖😋
The taste was light, with a strong acidity! I felt a slight sweetness, but I didn't taste anything like the flavor of the rice.
Similar to a dry white wine!
When I drank it on its own, I honestly thought, hmmm... but when I paired it with cream cheese, it was very tasty!
I also enjoyed it with a small amount of sparkling water!
Oozy but not sludgy and smooth
It's got a bit of a "sizzle" to it.
Sweet and sour with a delicious flavor, but not too sweet that it leaves a sticky residue in the mouth.
The acidity is not too strong, it's really sweet and sour.
It's just the way I like it.
When served with chestnut fritters with honey, the acidity is more noticeable.
It may be sad to lose the sweet and sour taste.
Apple-like sweet sake aroma; soft sweet and sour; milder and mellower than Snow fantasy. Mild and mellow than Snow Fantasy. With an alcohol content of 9 degrees, it is easy to drink.
It is a sweet sake. It has a dense flavor with hints of white peaches and honey, and the aroma is more like that of white peaches. After drinking, you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste with a light acidity for a long time. The alcohol content is 11%, so it is perfect as an aperitif.
More white wine than you can imagine!
It's a wonder this is made from rice...
If I didn't know, I would definitely think it was white wine if it was served in a wine glass!
Memo
I'm sure you'd think it was white wine if you didn't know it was served in a wine glass.
