Today we will have Rihachi 🍶 Following the previous black label, this time it is a white label.
The description on the back label is the same, so it is as informative as ever. The aroma is fruity, like white grapes and lychee. On the palate, sweet and sour with a touch of astringency that disappears nicely. It reminds me of a white wine, but the outline has a delicious flavor that is typical of Japanese sake. It reminded me a little of Yamamoto's Wa-Yin 💡 It is not as astringent as Wa-Yin and is easy to drink.
I paired it with peaches, prosciutto cheese, and fried oysters and it was delicious. Delicious✨
Good evening, sorry for the suddenness. I opened a bottle of this brand that I put to bed at the end of last year, and both dry and sweet lovers raved about it.
I'm excited about the Ryujin Kihachi Special coming up after this!
Rihachi No.901 Junmai Ginjo
It is sizzling and delicious from the first sip. It is elegant, with a hint of sweetness and a clean aftertaste. It is perfect for sashimi. I found a good sake that I like.
Rihachi White Label
This one is also fruity and easy to drink👍
Too bad the store where I can buy it is a little far from my house, so I can only go there occasionally 😢.
I wish I could buy it closer to home...
It's been a while since I've had a Tabe Takeshita sake 🍶.
When I visited the brewery before, all the sake was sold out and I left without being able to buy it, so I'm glad I was able to buy this one this time 😆.
The sake is smooth and smooth to drink with a hint of sweetness 😌 and a hint of sourness.
I can also taste a slight sourness?
Fruity and delicious💕
Black label this time
I hope to buy the white label Rihachi next time ✨
Junmai Ginjo No.901
This was the first brand I saw and I bought it on a hunch.
It is a beautiful and well-balanced sake.
It has a fruity taste,
It has a fruity taste, but the sweetness is moderate and refreshing.
Delicious!
Shimane Prefecture, Unnan City. Tabe Takeshita Brewery Co.
Rihachi Junmai Ginjo Nama Shuzake 1801
I went to buy a hiyaoroshi labeled by the Meimon Shukai of Motomine Tsuru, but they didn't take it this time, so this is the other Rihachi label that caught my eye.
I was explained that the brewery is the birthplace of former Prime Minister Takeshita, but I appreciated the fruity description more.
I looked closer and saw that it was a February draft sake that seemed to be unsold, but I had never had it before, so I bought it.
I bought it because I had never had it before.
The color is clear and transparent.
When the bottle is opened, there is a small gas sound.
There is a small amount of very fine bubbles in the glass.
The top aroma is deep and sweet, like ripe fruit.
The mouthfeel is a bit gassy.
The taste is indeed fruity, with a slight sweetness from sweet acidity.
The sweetness is not too strong, but rather deep.
The aroma in the nose has a full-bodied, fruity flavor that is somewhat like that of a sake directly drawn from the tank, and even after more than half a year, it is still delicious.
I quite like this type 😋.
The 1801 yeast has a gorgeous aroma.
