It's been a while since I've had a Tabe Takeshita sake 🍶.
When I visited the brewery before, all the sake was sold out and I left without being able to buy it, so I'm glad I was able to buy this one this time 😆.
The sake is smooth and smooth to drink with a hint of sweetness 😌 and a hint of sourness.
I can also taste a slight sourness?
Fruity and delicious💕
Black label this time
I hope to buy the white label Rihachi next time ✨
Junmai Ginjo No.901
This was the first brand I saw and I bought it on a hunch.
It is a beautiful and well-balanced sake.
It has a fruity taste,
It has a fruity taste, but the sweetness is moderate and refreshing.
Delicious!
Shimane Prefecture, Unnan City. Tabe Takeshita Brewery Co.
Rihachi Junmai Ginjo Nama Shuzake 1801
I went to buy a hiyaoroshi labeled by the Meimon Shukai of Motomine Tsuru, but they didn't take it this time, so this is the other Rihachi label that caught my eye.
I was explained that the brewery is the birthplace of former Prime Minister Takeshita, but I appreciated the fruity description more.
I looked closer and saw that it was a February draft sake that seemed to be unsold, but I had never had it before, so I bought it.
I bought it because I had never had it before.
The color is clear and transparent.
When the bottle is opened, there is a small gas sound.
There is a small amount of very fine bubbles in the glass.
The top aroma is deep and sweet, like ripe fruit.
The mouthfeel is a bit gassy.
The taste is indeed fruity, with a slight sweetness from sweet acidity.
The sweetness is not too strong, but rather deep.
The aroma in the nose has a full-bodied, fruity flavor that is somewhat like that of a sake directly drawn from the tank, and even after more than half a year, it is still delicious.
I quite like this type 😋.
The 1801 yeast has a gorgeous aroma.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio: Koji rice: 50%, Kake rice: 60
Alcohol content : 15
Yeast : 1801
It's been a while 🍶🤤.
I've been drinking too much & busy so I've been slacking 🙃.
I'm going on a trip to Izumo Taisha next week, so I'm prepping some Shimane sake 🍶🤗.
Nice ricey and fruity 🤤.
I enjoyed it with sauce yakisoba 🙏🙏.
Jyun, it's been a while 😊.
I'm sorry you've been so busy 💦but you've been drinking too much😂Take good care of yourself😊.
I like your trip to Shimane 🙏 I'm looking forward to your report since I don't drink much in this prefecture 🙏.
Pon-chan, it's been a while 🙏.
I've been in the habit of sleeping when I drink lately 🙃 so I've been slacking on my reports lol...I'm going to dig deeper into Shimane 🐇.

Fresh and sweet aroma ❤.
Light with little acidity.
Goes well with white fish with tartar sauce (*´□`*)
Royal road nowadays delicious 😋.
I like it.
It's light on the palate. ‼️
It has a pretty clean finish and zero clutter: ✌🏻
The aftertaste is sharp. ⚔️
Satohachi is my new favorite Hall of Fame 🤩.
The fragrance is gorgeous 🌺🌸🌷
Is it Yamada type 🌾?
No miscellaneous taste after all. ‼️
There is a slight, elegant bitterness, and then it's refreshing: ‼️
I wonder if the tingling sensation is long 😋.
Once the temperature settles down it's pretty mild ✨✨.
Noge drinking (2)
Next is Rihachi, a sake from Shimane, my first time drinking it.
This is also refreshing and easy to drink. Compared to the Rouman from earlier, it tastes a little sour.
I had no idea back then that I would be drinking with my high school classmates in Noge like this.
The oyster kankan-yaki is not from this restaurant, but from the second one.
Fruity aroma. It has a clear melon-like sweetness and flavor that quickly disappears. It has a modern flavor that is not typical of Shimane sake. Personally, I would rather drink it by itself than with food.
Former Prime Minister Takeshita's family brewery, which was closed down, is being revitalized with new capital and human resources.
The Tabe family, which is involved in the revitalization, is a large landowner in Okuizumo.
Originally, this was the brewery and the Takeshita family was entrusted with the brewing of the sake.
Rihachi is the name of the first brewer of the Takeshita family.
1801 is the number of the yeast. The sake rice is Midorimai from Shimane Prefecture.
There is a gassy feeling when the bottle is opened.
The aroma is thick, like pineapple or apple.
It has a soft sweetness and acidity, and is pleasant on the palate.
There is a subtle bitterness afterward.
It is good with a meal.
