Next up is Rihachi🍶. Tabe Takeshita Brewery took over the business from Takeshita Honten. Production began in November 2022 with up-and-coming Touji Hamasaki. It is a fruity sake, which is rare in the San'in region. Mild acidity overlaps with an underlying umami flavor. Delicious 😋 This will be a good competitor to Gassan😍.

Sake by Tabe Takeshita Shuzo🍶. This sake went through a test brewing process and came out under the brand name Rihachi. This one is 1801 yeast. Very fruity and easy to drink💕 Delicious 😋. I have bought this several times since the test brew because I liked the taste of the different yeast, but it is really easy to drink and delicious👍. The test brew had 4 different yeasts, so I'm looking forward to the other 2 that aren't out as Rihachi 🤭.

We are invited to the head office to have a good drink after a not-so-fun work day. The head office is far away and uncomfortable, so we are bersassa. The specs are the same. We compared the different yeasts. I didn't know yeast could make such a difference. It is easier to tell the difference than the rice. There are different tastes. The No. 9 is very clear and has little assertiveness. No. 18 has a more gorgeous aroma and taste. Olizeh is amazing! The story on the back label is interesting wish.

Home drinking 2024, 10th bottle. It was the first time. When I hear the name "Takeshita Family" in Shimane, I imagine... that house. It was made by an up-and-coming master brewer, and it had a clear and somewhat dry impression. The aroma is gorgeous and strong. The sweetness is moderate, so it was very good as a food sake. Date of production: January 2024 Rice: 100% domestic rice Yeast used: Yeast 901 Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice From the etiquette] 150 years ago, the Tabe family asked the Takeshita family to take over the brewing department. In response to the manly spirit that took care of it, we received the name of Rihachi, the head of the Takeshita family at that time. With the up-and-coming Toji Hamasaki, we once again took on the challenge of brewing sake, this time with the Tabe family. Enjoy this sake with a fruity flavor inspired by the sparkling waters of the Sea of Japan.

This is another sake I purchased from Koyama Shoten. I had never heard of this sake before, but the name somehow caught my attention, so I bought it. I could not imagine what it tasted like, The aroma was gorgeous and nice, the taste was sweet and fruity, with a hint of spiciness at the end. It was delicious! I drank it without any preconceptions and found it easy to drink and delicious. Now let's try another Rihachi with a different yeast! Later story After opening the bottle, I let it sit for a few days and drank it again. The acidity and slight spiciness in the aftertaste of the freshly opened bottle disappeared, and it became a fruity and easy-to-drink sake. Both are delicious, but I enjoyed the change in taste and was very satisfied with this sake!

First time drinking this sake. It's from Shimane, but it's fruity and very delicate. It is said that the sake brewery is related to former Prime Minister Takeshita. The sake cup to go with it is Fuminori Fukami's glossy sake cup.
