I bought this sake 🍶 at a standing bar on a business trip.
It was fizzy with a nice balance of sweetness and sourness. It is a sake I want to keep an eye on from now on.

I was really surprised that this yeast was created in Kochi Prefecture, which has a dry image 😋 It is delicious 😋.
