It's easy to drink, but the alcohol content is 19 degrees, so it's not easy to get drunk... It has a grainy aroma like a honjozo, and when it comes back to room temperature, it has a good balance of sweetness and taste.

The crispness and sharpness of Fukuoka's dry sake is completely different from Echigo's light, dry sake, which is hardcore dry. This is a gift from a former colleague of mine from Fukuoka Prefecture. たまたま見つけて福岡から取り寄せた林龍平酒造「九州菊しぼりたて純米吟醸」。九州の日本酒らしい酸が効いて落ち着いた風味。そして日本酒らしからぬボトルがまたいいので、とっておきます。ちなみに２月にオーダーするとその日のうちに搾って瓶詰めして送ってくれるみたいです。

福岡でもわりとマイナーな林龍平酒造。夢一献使用でアルコール度数17.5度、日本酒度＋6、酸度1.4、アミノ酸1.7。 マスカットや梨のような瑞々しい香りで爽やかな甘さ。一ヶ月ほど置いていたのでガス感はなし。アルコール度数17.5度なので後半は強めな渋味、苦味を感じる。なのに飲みやすい。風の森の秋津穂に似た味わいでかなり好み✨ 2日目もめっちゃ美味い😋
