I will try the Kyushu Chrysanthemum, which I have never had before. Perhaps my tongue is strange, but I enjoyed the chocolate-like sweetness and bitterness. I am enjoying the depth of sake more and more.

It wasn't really a day for drinking, but the cold weather and the hot pot made me drink it hot. I had it cold last time, but it smells better when it's hot or cold, and I think it goes better with a warmed bottle than a lukewarm one.

I've often seen the yellow posters in my hometown when it's time for new sake, but this is the first time I've bought it. It's easy to drink, but the alcohol content is 19 degrees, so it's not easy to get drunk... It has a grainy aroma like a honjozo, and when it comes back to room temperature, it has a good balance of sweetness and taste.

It is crisp and dry, not thin and has a good flavor. This is a hardcore men's sake with a dry and crisp finish👍. The crispness and sharpness of Fukuoka's dry sake is completely different from Echigo's light, dry sake, which is hardcore dry. This is a gift from a former colleague of mine from Fukuoka Prefecture.
