This is Kyushu Kiku's Kamisen. I have not had this sake since the spring, when I had a bottle of the honjozo (pure sake) at Nishinakasu. I never thought I would see this sake in Tokyo. I had it at room temperature 🍶. The first aroma is sweet with a slight bran-like nuance. It tastes sweet on the palate, like a so-called "normal" sake. The aroma is not so good. It was made in October, so it seems it is not twisted 🤔. Thanks for the drink ✨
