First time to drink in Fukushima. So, this is a sake from Inawashiro, Fukushima.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it is gorgeous. It is very pleasant. It has a sweet taste with a nice aftertaste. It is a sake for spring.
Kyo no Hana No. 1 spring sake,
Refreshing flowery aroma and refreshing acidity.
Not like a fruit, but really like a flower.
I have never had anything else with this aroma.
I think it will be popular among women. I recommend it.
Tatsusen Junmai Ginjo Kyonohana. Kyo-no-hana is the sake rice used, and is said to be a fantastic rice. It has a mellow, sweet taste with a hint of ginjo aroma. I had an image of Tatsusen as a more dry sake, so this is a bit surprising.
Junmai Ginjo of Kyo-no-Hana No.1.
It has a soft, flowery aroma.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, a rich flavor, and a deep and long aftertaste.
There is nothing unpleasant about it, and it is delicious just as it is.
The sweetness lingers a little, but it doesn't bother me.
I like Kyo-no-Hana!
The label tint is cool. Is the blue label wholesale? Liquor store? The blue label is a limited edition product. It's a strong sake, but it's not heavy on the alcohol, and the taste is not too strong, making it easy to drink.
The atmosphere of the customers at the store was different from usual. It must be the Bon Festival.
It has a gorgeous flavor typical of junmai ginjo.
I like it.
It has a fruity taste.
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. The alcohol comes in with a sharp taste, but it does not linger.
It is delicious.
Flower of Kyoto
It is said to be made from sake rice called "Kyo-no-Hana".
Uma-Uma.
It is the best local sake of Fukushima Prefecture.
