It has a gorgeous flavor typical of junmai ginjo. I like it. It has a fruity taste. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. The alcohol comes in with a sharp taste, but it does not linger. It is delicious. Flower of Kyoto It is said to be made from sake rice called "Kyo-no-Hana". Uma-Uma. It is the best local sake of Fukushima Prefecture.

lukewarm I've joined a hanpukai (a Japanese liquor store's distribution plan) from this month, and this is the first time I've had this brand. I thought it would be a good idea to choose a brand that I like because I am biased if I choose it myself ^_^. #421
