It has a gorgeous flavor typical of junmai ginjo.
I like it.
It has a fruity taste.
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. The alcohol comes in with a sharp taste, but it does not linger.
It is delicious.

This is so nice! Very fresh and a little bid sweet taste. Slightly smell like old Japanese sake, but simultaneously I felt impactive fruity flavor. I think this brewer is not so famous but makes such a nice one. I recommend Japanese sake lovers to buy this.
