I bought it from the small bottles of various sake breweries at the roadside station.
I also went to Toyoshuku's store at the Kintetsu Namba station, but I don't think they had any memorable sake....
Well, you get the idea, right?
About a month ago, a Toyoshuku salesman visited my favorite liquor store. It was my first time to try this brand. As usual, I tasted all the bottles available for tasting.
My husband, who loves traditional dry sake, raved about this one: ‼️ It is not only hot and spicy, but also refreshing and has a mild middle palate. It goes well with squid salted fish, shime saba (mackerel), yakitori (grilled chicken), tako-zu (vinegared octopus), and other classic Akachojin snacks 😋.
This sake is a great way to get back to the basics of sake in between the slightly sweet, gorgeous, modern sakes ✨.

Clear, clean, slightly hard texture.
Not boring to drink.

The aroma is green banana and peach.
When you drink it, it has a somewhat sepia aroma like caramel.
Relatively rich mouthfeel.
Junmai Ginjo Mujohai
The aroma is subdued.
It has a clean mouthfeel when you drink it, but you can taste a graininess and a mellow aroma,

It is soft and gentle, with a long aftertaste.
Honjozo Umakuchi ◯
The aroma is slightly like sweetened yogurt.
It is pure and sweet.
