ぺっかーるI will probably drink a lot today, lol.
We started at Toyoshuku-san in Yamato Saidaiji station.
My plan was to have one drink, but I ordered a second.
Of course I did.
It was "Toyoshika. On the menu, it was listed as a limited-time-only sake.
We ordered from our cell phones, but the speed was limited and it took a long time. It took a long time.
The aroma is cemedine.
It is the same unfiltered raw sake as the arabashiri I just had.
I wonder what the difference is~.
It was delicious too!
The place filled up with customers in no time. Amazing!

On my way home, I am going to Nara!
The first stop is Toyoshu's directly-managed store in Yamato Saidaiji Station.
I have been there before at Namba station.
It opens at 14:00! We entered the store.
The first thing I ordered was the new sake "Arabashiri.
There is no aroma.
It is not fruity, but it tastes good on the palate!
We had it with chicken harami grated ponzu.
Both are good!

It's been a tough year. I was looking forward to the Nara sake tour. Once again, I felt the power of turmeric is great! tmnaraThere is not much smell. The taste is cloudy astringent, sweet and bitter taste spreads in the oral cavity at once. tmnaraNot much of a smell. Tastes pale yogurt-y and slightly fizzy. tmnaraThe smell is close to odorless. The taste is sweet first, then after a while the alcohol and additional light sweetness spreads. tmnaraThe smell is close to odorless. The aroma is modest and elegant.
The taste is dry, but not chaotic, and it is clean and clear.
It is delicious.
