I'm already flustered. I had a lot of other drinks.
I brought a notepad, but it was difficult to keep track. I want to drink the next sake right away (laughs).
They really are all delicious!
It was the most fun! I would definitely like to participate again next time.
The MC for the day was Aki Yoshikawa.

This is the bottom of the bottle. Looks like it's been a long time since the bottle was opened🤔.
It has a light sweet taste 😚.
The overall taste is clean and refreshing. It has a clear, watery feeling as it goes down your throat 💧🏞️
It was a real refreshing type that did not feel oxidized even though it had been open for a long time 🤗.
I remember drinking Rokkasen's "TODOKASHI" sake while out for a drink and enjoying it so much that I took a tour of the brewery during my trip to Yamagata this time. Thank you very much for your detailed explanation.
After the tour, we had a chance to taste some of their other sakes. Overall, I got the impression that many of the sakes were spicy. Among all the sake we tasted, the blue label Daiginjo of Tazukara was my favorite and I bought it as a souvenir for a person I was indebted to. I also tried my luck in the sake gacha and won the 2nd prize, which I immediately enjoyed at the hotel where I was staying!
It is a dry sake with a punch of alcohol and acidity, and is a traditional hard-core sake. I had it chilled, but I felt it would be better heated up. Thank you very much for the meal.
I found a sake stamp book at Rokkasen. Another thing to look forward to!
A red color derived from purple-black rice, second fermentation in the bottle.
Sorry, I bought it to drink as a topic of conversation, but it wraps you up with a grape-like aroma and a lingering sweetness like cotton candy.
I'd pair it with salami or other somewhat wetty processed beef products.
