When poured into a glass🍷 it's a beautiful pink color and a cloudy pindon? ✨🤣(sorry I don't have a picture 😅).
So that beautiful rosé color is a natural color with a history of using purple-black rice!
I think it tastes nostalgic with 8% alcohol 🤔.

Rokkasen nigori is a sweet and sour sake that is easy to drink.
Warming it up gave it a gentle flavor.
