It tastes like a dry royal road. It has a mellow and delicious taste. It is very easy to drink🙆
It is even easier to drink with ice. It is also delicious when heated 😋.
I served it with a side dish of pickled round eggplant with sake lees (made by Naritaya Brewery in Matsudai). Delicious, but well, salty 😆 Nagano's food has a lot of preserved foods. The tamari soy sauce here is very tasty. ellieLast year I did not understand the annual cycle of sake. But now that I have learned, I know that now is the time for new sake 🧐 and lots of nigori sake, which I love!
So I hit the liquor stores and stocked up.
Well, I heard it's Ocean99 since it's in Kujukuri-hama.
Liberty in Shimizu has a great selection of Sohno-Kangiku from last year.
I didn't really like the electric chrysanthemum, but I was interested in the nigori, which was the only one left, and I got it😊.

I want to try other ones too. ellieI happened to find Denshogiku, which had been making a splash at Sake-no-wa. Liberty in Kusanagi, which has a small selection of sake, but sometimes has good sake. They have a good selection of whiskey.
The other day I opened a bottle of Sairai, and I was thinking how similar it is. As a beginner, I can't really tell the difference, but I think this one is even lighter 🤔 less sweet?
It's delicious, but I'm starting to miss the heavy flavor.
I had it with fried tofu, grilled chicken salt and macaroni salad. ellieThis was the first time I drank sparkling sake. It was served with a fried egg with kikurage mushrooms. It seems to go better with yakitori or gyoza than sashimi. I'm afraid I could drink a lot of it because it doesn't have much alcohol taste. It is delicious ^ ^
