At home. At the beginning of drinking, I felt that it had a strong alcohol feeling, but as it progressed to two or three glasses, it changed to a milder taste. The aftertaste is refreshing and light, and it is a versatile sake that can be paired with any food.

A gift from a relative. It's been a long time since I drank koryu and I don't buy daiginjo by myself so it's good😄. It's a little bit luxurious from the stopper😁. It has a fresh and fruity aroma and the attack is rather dry and watery. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great beer. The taste is as refined as you would expect and does not interfere with the taste of the meal. The official website recommends sashimi of white fish and steamed clams, but it fits the image exactly👍.

By the way, I was lucky to have a customer who likes Sake today 😁. Leave the choice of sake to the proprietress😅😅 The first one was "Kuroryu", which was requested as a refreshing sake. The first one was "Kuroryu"... 💦 I've never seen that label before 😳. I imagined it would be crisp and clear, I was expecting it to be crisp and clear, but instead I got a nice sweetness 😆. On a side note, I'm finally "60 years old" 😅. I will continue to work and drink at my own pace😅😅😅

Drinking at home. Today is the first day off from work after the Obon vacation. I was busy during the Bon vacation. Finally, I can have a leisurely lunchtime drink. Today's drink is Koryu Itchorai. Sake snacks are bonito, nameko mushrooms, and yakitori (grilled chicken). When paired with nameko mushrooms, the spiciness and umami of the sake quickly complement the somewhat habitual accompaniments. It is a delicious food sake.
