Today's dinner 🍶
Kuroryu Shuzo
KURORYU SAKAHOMARE Junmai Daiginjo
The renewed lineup of Kuroryu.
This is a new product that changes to a dripping mouth.
Refreshing muscat-like aroma.
Sweetness with a moderate acidity. The flavor spreads slowly. The taste is a little astringent, which can be felt while enjoying the flavor.
It is fresh and tasty even though it is only once heated 🥰.
Saturday morning drinking at Sannomiya (1)
Continuing from Friday, we started morning drinking at 8:30 a.m. at "Raku Sake" 😄.
After quenching my thirst with Akahoshi, I had Kuroryu Gohyakumangoku, which was easier to drink than Ginpu, the spring seasonal sake 😋 Memorandum 😅.
Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture
Polishing ratio: 50
Sake degree: +1.0
Acidity:
Alcohol content: 16%.
After the 0th party in Sannomiya, we finally went to the first party, Sannomiya but to a horse meat restaurant, Ketobashiya Champion 😀 There were many kinds of Sake.
The first drink was Kuroryu, which I had had at a sushi restaurant some years ago but my memory was a bit fuzzy, so I had it again.
The aroma was faint but fruity.
I also felt a melon-like sweetness, but the umami was clean. The refreshing acidity becomes stronger, so it is a total refreshing sake.
The soup of the day was a dish of minced horse meat, which was sweet and delicious 😍.
Hello, ichiro18!
I hope you enjoyed the 0th party 🎵
I used to go to Ketobashi or a restaurant in Fukushima 🍖.
I think the horse meat goes well with the refreshing Ichigorai 🤤.
I know you like Kuroryu too 😋.
Hi ma-ki-😃.
Thank you 😊
Thanks to you I enjoyed Asano Sake Shop 😍Ketobashiya is also in Osaka ✨Kuroryu seems to be able to match with any dishes ✨The horse meat was delicious too!
Fruity yet refreshing aftertaste. It seems dry, but the aftertaste is moist and sweet. It goes well with food and can be drunk by itself without getting bored.
I went to a department store to buy sake, so I bought mackerel tataki and aji sashimi at the department store.
A sake brewery from Fukui was there, so I bought two bottles of Fukui sake.
I bought two bottles of Fukui sake. Recently, Jungin sake is also carrying Ichikyorai. But for me, this daiginjo with aluzome is the best.
The fat of the mackerel, the fragrance of the seared mackerel, and the sake of the rice.
After all, alcohol with a sharp taste is delicious.
Ichikyorai Jungin" is produced by Kuroryu Shuzo, a famous brewery in Fukui.
Ichikyorai" is a word in the Fukui dialect meaning "one-piece suit" or "special dress for a special occasion.

The aroma is understated yet elegant, with a hint of freshness like green apples.
The palate is soft, with a gentle sweetness and a light umami flavor that spreads softly,
The finish is smooth and clean.
