At home. At the beginning of drinking, I felt that it had a strong alcohol feeling, but as it progressed to two or three glasses, it changed to a milder taste. The aftertaste is refreshing and light, and it is a versatile sake that can be paired with any food.

A gift from a relative. It's been a long time since I drank koryu and I don't buy daiginjo by myself so it's good😄. It's a little bit luxurious from the stopper😁. It has a fresh and fruity aroma and the attack is rather dry and watery. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great beer. The taste is as refined as you would expect and does not interfere with the taste of the meal. The official website recommends sashimi of white fish and steamed clams, but it fits the image exactly👍.

Today is liquor day! Nice lineup in the fridge! But tomorrow is my day off from drinking... I bought a bottle of Kuroryu Daiginjo Sandesi! It's times like this that I can't resist! Transparent light body! Mellow aroma of 🍑🍐! The smoothness and sweetness comes and goes, but then it smoothly slips away! Koryu's alky technique shines through! Delicious!

This time it is "Kuroryu Hiiraju" 🔥. It is the pinnacle of Kuroryu Shuzo's pride and joy in nama-shu, a Junmai Daiginjo-shu. The name "Hiiraju" was taken from the woodblocks used for the first draft sake in the early Meiji period, giving this bottle a sense of history and tradition. The label and bottle design are sophisticated, stylish, and special from the moment you pick it up. The first thing you notice when pouring it into a glass is its fresh and fresh aroma. It is gorgeous and elegant, but not too showy, leaving a clean impression. In the mouth, it has a delicate and soft mouthfeel, and the clear flavor of Junmai Daiginjo spreads, with a pleasant aftertaste that disappears quickly and comfortably. It combines the freshness typical of nama-shu with the dignity of Kuroryu. It is versatile as a food sake and goes well not only with Japanese food, but also with cheese and light Western food. Above all, it is easy to drink and has a pleasant taste that makes you want to drink more. This is exactly what I would call a "special occasion sake" ✨.

KURORYU SHUZOH Ice Yashishi-shu Seasonal Junmai sake from Kuroryu. Muscat-like aroma 🍇. Sourness, spiciness, and umami are felt on the first sip. The first sip is refreshing, but the umami flavor continues. Then, at one point, it suddenly snaps. Since it is named "ice sake," it might be better on the rocks.
