I got a bottle of Kuroryu Daiginjo and we are drinking it at home today. It is a little sweet and light in the mouth. It was just right for this season.
Banana-like aroma. It has an aroma, but it has a slightly bitter aftertaste, or rather, it has an aftertaste that quickly recedes, making it easy to pair with meals.

Dinner with customers 👔.
It's my style to drink with the other party at dinner 😅.
I think the chance of finding Sake is about 50%.
By the way, I was lucky to have a customer who likes Sake today 😁.
Leave the choice of sake to the proprietress😅😅
The first one was "Kuroryu", which was requested as a refreshing sake.
The first one was "Kuroryu"... 💦 I've never seen that label before 😳.
I imagined it would be crisp and clear,
I was expecting it to be crisp and clear, but instead I got a nice sweetness 😆.
On a side note, I'm finally "60 years old" 😅.
I will continue to work and drink at my own pace😅😅😅
Good morning, Uchi~'s super~ryu!
Congratulations on your 60th birthday 🎉.
This food looks delicious 🤤.
I'm sure Kuroryu would go well with your meal 😋.
Let's continue to enjoy drinking 🤗.
Hi Uchi~'s super~rippa 😃.
I see that the sake 🍶 ratio is 50%! I wonder if it's even lower if you are a young person 🥲.
And congratulations on your 60th birthday 🎉I hope you enjoy both your work and your sake life🤗I'll be back next year!
Thank you, J&N, for your continued support. Recently, more and more young people are becoming sake lovers, but there is still a long way to go! Let's take care of each other's health and do our best 😁.
Drinking at home.
Today is the first day off from work after the Obon vacation.
I was busy during the Bon vacation.
Finally, I can have a leisurely lunchtime drink.
Today's drink is Koryu Itchorai.
Sake snacks are bonito, nameko mushrooms, and yakitori (grilled chicken).
When paired with nameko mushrooms, the spiciness and umami of the sake quickly complement the somewhat habitual accompaniments.
It is a delicious food sake.

Hey there, Onda-san!
Thanks for working after the Bon vacation🍀.
Only lunch as usual 😁✨✨.
I think itchirai and habitual snacks like nameko mushrooms would go great together 🤤!
