nNo bitterness at all. It was the clearest and most habit-free sake I have ever had.

I had been avoiding it for some reason, but I think it would be great to drink after you get drunk and it starts to get hard. nThe smell was not my favorite type, so I did not have high expectations before drinking it, but when I drank it, I felt a slight effervescence, and it was reasonably easy to drink.
I think it is because it is chilled to a crisp, and the slight bubbles drown out the harshness of the taste.
