Purchased at a sales event at a department store in Yokohama.
I didn't hesitate to buy this one because they said it goes well with cheese. ‼️ It certainly went well with it ✨.
I could have gone with cured ham too 👌
I can't find the location...! Why? At the Joetsu Myoko Sado Chishu and Snacks Yukikuni Shoten in Niigata Station.
A cup of sake at the corner. In a good way, it's just like water. It's a summer-only sake, with a modest 12 degrees, so it's nice that it doesn't get too hot.
I wanted to drink it at home, but unfortunately it was sold out.... I wanted to drink water after taking a bath and drink this one slowly 😭
Drinking in the room at a hotel near Niigata Station.
It was a refreshing drink after the bath.
It was also good for a pick-me-up drink after the bath the next morning.
We will continue today with what we have received.
I took the first bite to see what it was like.
Wow, the balance is good!
Sweetness and acidity, a little aroma, and drinkability, all in a small package.
It is a perfect sake for a mealtime drink!
I couldn't prepare kanzuri, but it surely goes well with it!
We had it with a view of Mt. Myoko as a side dish!
It was a delicious sake with the acidity and firmness of Yamahai!
Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic), Polishing ratio 55%, Alcohol 18%, Rice used: 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Niigata Prefecture
It was given to me by an acquaintance in Niigata.
It is a very tasty sake with a very Japanese flavor.
I think it is good as a food sake!
Thank you very much for the treat 😋.
