I opened a bottle of Snowball last night and have about 1 gou left, next is Kameizumi CEL-24😁 which I bought last night. Yesterday, I drove to a liquor store just out of curiosity 😁I walked in and the owner said, "Did you get summoned?" I said, "What? What is it?" The owner said, "I'm here ‼️" and in the fridge there was a "snowman" "I got it today, this is the end of the season" lucky ❗️. So I bought the snowman, Yamasan and Ni-Uto and went to check out another store and found Kameizumi and brought it home 😍. Kameizumi is of course tasty, but I had a bottle of Yukidaruma right before, so I should have had a dry sake today 😅. After resetting my mouth, I drank it and it smells like fruit and tastes sweet and delicious😍😍and the aftertaste is 👌If you're a sake novice, you might fall for it⁉️😋.

Sweet and sour aroma like pineapple. The mouthfeel is very juicy. It has a strong sweetness, but it is not too strong, and is accompanied by moderate acidity and umami. The bitterness in the aftertaste is refreshing. 4/5

Toward the end of the year, I bought in St. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Smell is subdued, take a sip, a little foam green apple? Melon, pineapple, sweet, starts off bitter, sweet, sour, maybe grape, Then a lingering sweetness, wow! Great sake!

Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo CEL-24 Rating 4.4 This sake is brewed with Kochi yeast CEL-24, which produces a very gorgeous aroma, like ripe pineapple or muskmelon. It is brewed gorgeously while retaining just the right amount of sweetness. It is sweet and sour and fresh, with a full-bodied sweetness and a refreshing acidity. The lingering aroma and lingering aftertaste are also gorgeous. To take full advantage of this flavor, this sake is sold as a year-round unpasteurized sake without being heated.
