I didn't post it here, but I got the impression it was different from the Kameizumi I drank before, maybe the rice is different? I believe the yeast is the same CELL24.
It is a bit more umami, fresh but less fruity.

It has been a long time since I last tasted Kameizumi.
I have the impression that the acidity has calmed down from the past.
