A label with a big impact!
It was an autumn sake, but now! Open the bottle for hot sake! LOL!
Drinking it at room temperature, it has a soft acidity and a slight astringency.
If you warm it up a bit, it becomes smoother overall, and
It's also very sharp!
The sharpness is good too!
This goes well with seafood👍✨.
Good evening Kanon 😆.
I was curious about the Mohawk girl in the Toyofuji series, so I made my first comment on the web.
I'm basically a cold sake drinker, but I've been curious about warming sake as well, so this was very helpful 😁.
Good evening.
It was so good that I could drink it lukewarm for a long time.
On a side note, I thought the label and the taste were the complete opposite.
I'm not sure what to say.
Oh ❗️Mohawk girl❗️You've been keeping it warm 😃 You can really show it off with a warmed bottle of wine しばしばYou can really drink it ✌️and imagine yourself with a Mohawk 🤭
Good morning, Mr. Kanon🌞!
I knew it existed, but it's a Junmai Ginjo sake for hot ikan well. I'm interested in it❗️.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to get into an endless loop if it goes well with seafood too 😊.
Good morning, Kanon Kanon 😊It's nice to be able to drink lazy! I know of a few stores that specialize in it, but I haven't come across it at all 😅where do you buy it❓
Hello, SHIBATA!
Yes! It's good about lukewarm!
The label has a big impact, but the taste is smooth and calm.
I'm sure the label is impressive, but the mouthfeel is smooth and calm😁.
Hello, Mariponunu!
I'm opening this bottle much later than Mariponnu-san's review 😅.
I don't think I look good with a Mohawk... lol
I'm sure the label lady is quite beautiful if she looks good with a mohawk🎶.
Hello, Yukachin!
Dara Dara Hot Sake is good 🤤 Automotive.
An unseasonal review of a sake that's not available right now... sorry💦
I think there was a mohawk sister in a yukata around summer too🤔?
Hello, Haruei Chichi!
When you think of hot sake, you think of low polished rice sake!
This one has the cleanliness that only a Junmai Ginjo can provide
It was easy to drink.
I paired it with firefly squid with vinegared miso 🎶.
Hello, A205X253!
I buy mine at Haruyama Sake Shop in Saitama!
I can get there by train, but it's too far from the station for me 😅.
But if you're going by car, it's not a problem🚙✨.
Thank you for your answer, Kanon 😊I can get there in about 30 minutes by car from Nerima, where I work! I can only visit on Thursdays and Saturdays when I have free time 💦If I were Uemoh today, I would choose 19 and the rare wind forest colander picker 😅.
Good evening, A205X253!
I couldn't make it to the store today after all... I'm hoping I'll be able to find an ikadori pickup tomorrow or the day after 😅.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit your needs.
Dear Shangguan Kanon. Thank you 😊I'll probably double up on my visit to Haruyama Sake Shop with Morita Shoten nearby ❣️I'll let you know when I get there ❣️I'll probably go to the wire shop and Uemoh on Thursday ❗️
A205X253, stocking up in your car! I'm jealous 😣
We can go around Morita Shoten together if it's that far!
I might be able to meet you if I go to Uemosan on Thursday?
Hmmm, I'm wondering when I should go there🤔 lol
Good evening, Mr. Mountain!
That's a really good drink✨.
Is the next Mohawk girl around summer?
I googled it right away - Shinsankai-san irasshai! So it's a sake born from 🤩!
Mohawk Girl Junmai Ginjo
I've been wanting to drink it for a while now, and I happened to see it in a department store I happened to be in, so I bought it right away! LOL!
I drank it cold, regular, and hot, but I felt this one was best at room temperature 💡.
Even at room temperature, it has a nice, fluffy, ginjo aroma and a sweet taste peculiar to ginjo, with a very beautiful aftertaste 😊.
This is delicious ✨.
That's what I'm talking about.
Junmai (pure rice wine) mohawk girls 😆 .
Miura Shuzo's Aji-no-Machidaya Special ✨ It has a light, fragrant, melon honey-like sweetness, with just the right amount of spiciness to go with your meal in a refreshing way 👍

Junmai-Ginjo
I found it at a local liquor store I visited on a whim, so I bought it. I couldn't help but buy it when I saw the label in front of me, which I've been wanting to try since I saw the real-life Gekiuma Jizake Diary by Sugawara Hiroyuki-sensei. Even though I knew that it was Toyohai.

I'm trying to brighten the table as much as I can under this corona! This is a limited edition of the popular brand "Houpai," which was released in limited quantities because of the desire to have a limited amount of this product.
The flashy label with an eccentric mohawk girl catches the eye.
This label was apparently created in collaboration with the MC, Mami Yamase, when a local designer (Mohawk style) appeared on the variety show "Shinnime-san iri" a few decades ago and a special program was organized.
The mohawk girl's mohawk also means "another warmed up bottle".
In the mouth, the rice flavor is gentle and swollen, but the finish is terribly sharp and crisp.
