The impact of this label! And it's as spicy as the label! It goes well with fatty fish, but it would have been good with sashimi too. In short, it's delicious!

I'm tired this week, so I chose Mohawk Girl for some reason. The label is colorful, but it's Miura Brewery of Toyopai. It's clean and crisp, with a hint of acidity and a hint of umami. It is a well-balanced sake like Toyopai. It's not a tremendously delicious sake, but rather a sake that you can drink every day. This kind of sake is a good sake! However, there is no Mohawk element in the taste.

It's not easy to find in Sendai, but I was given this as a gift 😌. . The rice is Toyopai rice, polished to 55% 😌. The aroma is not overpowering, but it has a nice flavor and crispness, which is sharp compared to the gorgeous sweetness and fullness of Toyohibai😌. . It was the kind of sake that you get used to, or rather, you can drink it without stress, so it was gone before you knew it... ✨.

A label with a big impact! It was an autumn sake, but now! Open the bottle for hot sake! LOL! Drinking it at room temperature, it has a soft acidity and a slight astringency. If you warm it up a bit, it becomes smoother overall, and It's also very sharp! The sharpness is good too! This goes well with seafood👍✨.
