Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

My favorite sake! After several years, I finally found it! It has a robust taste but a light aftertaste. Is it an Aji-no-Machidaya original? Too bad I can't buy it for drinking at home because they only have one bottle. Rice used: Toyobai rice Rice polishing ratio: 55 Sake meter: +2.0-3.0 Acidity: 1.3-1.4 Amino acidity: 1.3-1.4 Yeast used: In-house yeast Alcohol percentage: 15

It seems that Aji-no-Machidaya made this sake on special order. I thought I had heard of this liquor store, but it was the same one in Nakano that I had visited several times before. The label has more impact than Taxi Driver. How does it taste? In the mouth, there is a sweetness for a moment, followed by a light cemedine smell. The aftertaste is rather spicy. I thought it was sweet for a moment at the front, but it is dry.
