Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

Junmai-Ginjo I found it at a local liquor store I visited on a whim, so I bought it. I couldn't help but buy it when I saw the label in front of me, which I've been wanting to try since I saw the real-life Gekiuma Jizake Diary by Sugawara Hiroyuki-sensei. Even though I knew that it was Toyohai.

. Houhai Mohawk Musume Junmai Ginjo / Miura Shuzo (Aomori, Japan) . Junmai Ginjo, 55% polishing ratio, 15% alcohol content, Houhai rice. . I'm trying to brighten the table as much as I can under this corona! This is a limited edition of the popular brand "Houpai," which was released in limited quantities because of the desire to have a limited amount of this product. The flashy label with an eccentric mohawk girl catches the eye. This label was apparently created in collaboration with the MC, Mami Yamase, when a local designer (Mohawk style) appeared on the variety show "Shinnime-san iri" a few decades ago and a special program was organized. The mohawk girl's mohawk also means "another warmed up bottle". In the mouth, the rice flavor is gentle and swollen, but the finish is terribly sharp and crisp.

I'm a Mohawk girl!　It was rare to find one in the store, so I asked for a taste test. It's a nice taste and smoothness compared to the sweet type. It has a great flavor for a light-refined sake, and it's great for a mid-meal drink!

My drinking buddy gave me some. We had a good cup last time. I was talking to some of my drinking buddies. I'll have a Mohawk girl the next day. I got it from someone else. Both are delicious. The two people who took it from me spoke up. It's better than rice wine. He said. To me, it's hard to call it a two-way street. I think it's delicious. I don't usually drink it at room temperature. This is a sake brought by a former Mohawk friend of mine. I wonder if the autumn leaves on the kimono are for the fall. They say it's a bumper crop. It's refreshing and crisp, but it's tasty. It went well with Tatsuta-age mackerel. At the restaurant
