The aroma does not rise. Contains surprisingly ink-alcoholic aroma. Rough bitterness. Sweetness and umami. The crisp acidity is speedy and sharp. The smell of squid liver paste is washed away and is moderate. Degree of liking ☆3/5

I forgot to take a picture... This was the best of what I drank last night. The richness of the nigori was minimal, and the mouthfeel was light. The sweetness was also very perceptible, but not too strong. It was very tasty. ‼️

I was recommended this bottle of Tsururei by a local when I came to Niigata for snowboarding a long time ago. There are many sakes I love in Niigata, but this is one of my favorites from a long time ago. ☺️☺️
