うなぎ
I got this bottle on a trip to Yamagata ✨.
It's made with out of the "Snow Goddess" sake rice that Yamagata Prefecture takes pride in producing, so it's treated as a regular sake, but the specs say it's jun-dai. Also, I got it at a much lower price!
When poured, it does not have much of an aroma, but when you drink it, it smells like lychee! It is quite sweet and refreshing, and seems to run out with some bitterness at the end.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness and smoothness increases even more.
I had no idea, but I found a good sake: ☺️
