I heard it's called "Ei Ei Isui" (pronounced "ei-yay-issui").
Super normal sake made with 50% pure rice daiginjo standard, probably from outside sake rice, snow goddess 😆.
It's also very cosy and you can get change for 1500 yen 😁.

I received this sake as a shareholder's special benefit catalog gift, as I did last time. It was a set to compare sake, but the rice was more highly polished than the last one, so it was drier and more refreshing.
Tonight, I will enjoy it with bonito tataki.
