Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. Beautiful fruity aroma. It smells like summer oranges. It also has a freshness that is typical of a freshly brewed sake. The taste is refreshingly sweet and sour, light and smooth. It was great after a bath on a hot and humid day.

It's been a long time since I bought a jacket. The "Junmai Daiginjo-Spec regular sake" ⁇ is a little bit weird! The price... 7/10. I had to buy it... Ki ... 11/20 The smell is fresh fruitiness mixed with malted rice, green apple type. Sei... 13/20 The sweetness and umami on the tongue is good, but the aroma and texture are not very nice. Change ....... 12/20 It tastes fresh, but the aroma is alc... The sublimation smell is not gorgeous... Yui ... 10/20 I am not sure about the rest of the spiciness... I feel some chemical elements, and my stomach feels upset. The aftertaste is dry, not to mention the aroma and the aftertaste. Cost performance ... 5/10 I bought it for 1,320 yen, and even if it fails, it is within the acceptable range. It is easy to drink, but there is an element of stomach irritation that makes you tired of drinking it. 58 points

The higher the temperature, the more rounded and pleasant on the tongue, and the umami can be accepted without any discomfort, but there is no smell of sublimation. It is probably good for drinking at a leisurely pace.

The spiciness spreads to the back of the tongue and throat. There is no sweetness, but it has a unique spiciness. This is the 497th one-cup, one-pack festival.

Good evening... It looks like a cup of Tsururei I drank a long time ago 😁. Like Kunimare, it doesn't look like Niigata, so I wonder if it's from imitating Yamagata? I'm not sure.

>Ane-san. Flower-patterned cups are very versatile and may be used nationwide. Moreover, this cup was also used with a "sake cup" lid, which is also very versatile and often seen.

I bought it at Matsuzakaya. I bought it at the corner introducing sake breweries because I like its gorgeousness. It is gorgeous, but if I compare it to a flower, I would say it is like a bud. I feel that it gives me hope for the future.

I got this bottle on a trip to Yamagata ✨. It's made with out of the "Snow Goddess" sake rice that Yamagata Prefecture takes pride in producing, so it's treated as a regular sake, but the specs say it's jun-dai. Also, I got it at a much lower price! When poured, it does not have much of an aroma, but when you drink it, it smells like lychee! It is quite sweet and refreshing, and seems to run out with some bitterness at the end. As the temperature rises, the sweetness and smoothness increases even more. I had no idea, but I found a good sake: ☺️

Aromas of banana and cantaloupe. The first impression is mellow and smooth, with a balanced sweetness and spice, and a pleasant bitterness in the middle and end, with a short finish. Overall, it is a gentle and delicate wine, and a good choice for a single sip.

At Kuwabara Shoten in Gotanda. I drank it before, but it has been a while since I tried it. It was served warm. It is full of rice flavor and has a gentle taste. The name comes from the fact that it can be enjoyed at any temperature. The delicate sweetness is well developed, and it is like eating Tsuyahime. The unique label is an image of the temperature in Celsius. I noticed it after all this time.

Received, at home. It was classified as rather dry but sweet on the palate. It has a sweetness on the palate that is more floral than full-bodied. The aroma is very fruity, as it is labeled "to be enjoyed with a glass of wine". The sweetness on the palate is short-lived, but there is a lingering aftertaste due to the good aroma. Because of its strong aroma, it did not go well with sashimi, but it went well with crab miso.

A strangely named sake. Apparently, "Nando" means that this sake is delicious both cold and hot. In fact, when drunk cold, it has a rich aroma and a refreshing taste. It is also delicious lukewarm when served with hot pots. When heated, the aroma is so strong that it is a little bit bitter, but it is delicious. However, if you drink it as a puffer fish fin sake, the aroma will compete with the aroma of the fin and not bring out the best of the fin sake. Sake rice is Tsuyahime. Polishing ratio is 58%.
