We had our first time at the foot of the east while having magnificent matsutake mushrooms cooked for us. I did not record it, so I cannot write my impressions.
Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza.
Calm and slightly fruity ginjo aroma.
It is light but has a robust sweetness and spiciness.
It has a full-bodied flavor.
It is hiyaoroshi. It feels like autumn.
Fresh, sour and fruity 🤭.
It smells so good from the moment you open the bottle 🍌🍎🍋🟩🍏
No ripeness or cloying taste at all😎😎 even though it's a one-cup bottle.
It's delicious 😋😋.
pure sake
Vanilla-type sweetness that seems to overflow slowly bubbles up as it is held down from below.
It is quite easy to drink for a nama-shu.
It can be drunk with something punchy. Good

Yamagata Sake Wholesaler's 28th Limited Hanpukai May delivery
A junmai ginjo-shu with a perfect balance of juicy sweetness and acidity. From the Yamagata Sake Wholesaler's information leaflet.
I'm going to start enjoying Japanese sake every year (keep it in the fridge, drink it warm or cold, and enjoy it now and then), but I'm finally starting to enjoy Japanese sake from this year's hanpukai. I sincerely hope that everyone who reads this will also have a good time.
Sake is the best backslash!
The name seems to mean "delicious at any temperature" or "delicious no matter how many times you drink it".
It is light and sweet.
I finished it cold, so I would like to try heated sake next time.
