The liquor is high in alcohol content but not rejected. It is characterized by the strong aroma of koji. It is high quality for the price. I plan to repurchase it when it is discounted.
The aroma of the koji was really intense. It tasted different depending on the temperature change. The sweeter it became at room temperature, the stronger the koji aroma became.
pure brew (e.g. sake, soy sauce)
Softly delicious taste. Pear aroma. It has a strong umami taste. Unique to Hokuriku sake. It has a strong umami flavor. It has a strong full body. I wish it wasn't so expensive! lol 87 points

The 100th commemorative run was in Noguchi, Ishikawa, my hometown.
This time, I went back home after two years in Corona. I got four bottles of sake from Ishikawa.
Even though I bought them in my hometown, the price was over 2200 yen. Quirky, Nouguchi.
My local brother told me that you can find Nouguchi everywhere...
But we don't have it in Osaka...
With many thoughts and feelings, I wondered if this was the entrance to Nokuchi.
Opening the bottle...
It has a very mellow, dry, umami flavor with a clean finish.
Even though it's a honjozo, it's amazing how well the flavor of the rice comes through.
For a honjozo, this level of taste is...
I'd like to try the Junmai...
Sakenori, congratulations on your 100th check-in 🎉🎉!
You can buy Noriguchi in Nara too!
But it's still expensive 😵💫
I can't afford it⤵️.
I want to buy it someday. I don't know when it will be😑.
Thank you, T.KISO.
I was also very curious about Noriguchi... And since the brewery was quite close to my parents' house...
Combined with a sense of familiarity, it was delicious~!
Mr. Hitomi. That's right.
The set price is too high to begin with...
I've decided to keep it between 1,500 yen and 2,000 yen, so
I took the plunge and bought it.
I think it's because it's a local sake... lol
Mr. Umai Umai.
Thank you very much. I would like to find the charm of local Ishikawa.
Not only famous sake breweries but also small breweries are said to be delicious.
It will be fun to look for them in a close-up!
I bought it at a local shopping center for my evening drink when I stayed at Yamanaka Onsen in Kaga. It was less acidic and milder than the Junmai-shu we drank earlier. All five members of my family who shared it with me said that this daiginjo tasted better. We all prefer sweet sake, so in a way it makes sense.
