Since Aomori's local sake was a standard sake that I had drunk before, I selected three types of sake from the Noriguchi Shuzo brewery.

Aizan Yamahai Junmai Ginjo
Shizukusake Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
This was an enjoyable comparison that made it easy to tell the difference.
Just by looking at the rice used and the production method, it was obvious that all of them were delicious. No doubt about it!
