The 14th cup: Noriguchi Junmai Yamadanishiki The one without the "N". Hmmm? Shaoxing wine? I thought it was aged. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other two, but I'm sure it's the same.

When I saw the name "Ishikawa Noguchi", I thought it might be the one I ordered, but it wasn't the one I knew. But I liked it very much. If anything, I liked it better than the Naohiko Nouguchi study I drank before. It's a sake from 2016.
