Long time no see, "Noriguchi" from my hometown, Ishikawa Prefecture. The feeling of brewing leaves a good impression of sharpness, plus a strong umami 😙. It is a brewed sake with a technique to make you drink it well. Wow! A really full flavored Sake with some punch. Genshu with 19% alcohol (oh no! I have an important work meeting tomorrow! 🫠) no Seimaibuai listed. Very rice-y flavor, to me. My wife says 山菜の苦味. Maybe we are not accustomed to Gohyakumangoku 五百万石 rice. I’m impressed with how well this Sake is pairing with heavy flavored food like garlic chicken, croquettes and pork sauté. (I almost feel sorry for our 七つ星ご飯🍚) If you want to challenge the stereotype of what a Sake 🍶 is, please try this

A strange sake that is easy to drink even though it goes down your throat. I thought it was elegant and tasted best cold. You should drink it once.
