Sake from Moka. Tsuji Zenbei.
Purchased at Michi no Eki Mashiko, a roadside station, on a one-day trip to Tochigi yesterday. We drank it after Brilliant at dinner.
I drank it with thick fried bean curd (Tofu Kobo Mamisan in Moka) which I also bought at Michi no Eki.
It was clear and refreshing, as if it had a slight sparkling taste.
Fruity and modern, but the fruitiness is balanced enough not to interfere with the meal.
It is quite sophisticated.
Yesterday, I also rode on the Moka Railway's SL.
From Moka station to Shimodate station.
From Shimodate station, I went back to Saitama. The sight of Mt. Tsukuba was impressive. It reminded me of Mt. Yahiko in the Echigo Plain.
The foot of the mountain spreads gently to the side, giving the impression that it sits as a local landscape.

The scenery and atmosphere from Moka to Mashiko was amazing and very memorable.
