Purchased at supermarket. Chilled to near room temperature. Tasyu-like? Refreshing, it flows smoothly down the throat with a slight sourness... The mood of the soy-sauce marinated tuna was to spread the sweetness and then wrap it in a hug and let it flow. Then I paired it with yudofu, and suddenly it was elegant, clean and refreshing. What a duality...it was delicious without a hitch! The meat and potatoes were classic. But as I continued to eat and drink more and more, I began to feel more modern. LOL! Today's side dish】Yu-doufu tofu, sliced and soaked tuna in soy sauce, meat and potatoes

Purchased at Yukigaya Otsuka Hashiwaya. The label is beautiful. The colors are already wonderful. And the comments on the back make me smile. I like this kind of thing... and I like Yamamoto's web site too... At room temperature. When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong presence. The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is juicy with a strong impact. But it is not classic. The aftertaste is mild. Today's side dish】Yu-doufu Sashimi (tuna, bonito, cuttlefish, chicken), beef steak, crab salad with a lot of tobiko, pickles

Purchased at Minami Shinagawa Wadaya. It was served in a champagne glass. As the label design suggests, it has a lovely (?) aroma. The aroma is very cute, not childish. It is not childish. In the mouth, you can taste peach and sweet grapes with a slight bubbles. What a beautiful taste! Sashimi (tuna, bonito, squid, chicken), beef steak, crab salad with spicy sauce, rice-bran paste and rice-bran paste. It is a quintessence!

Purchased at Minami Shinagawa Wadaya. The label is too beautiful. Rich aroma of rice. For a moment, I thought, "Hmm? Classic?" but that feeling quickly dissipates, leaving behind a gentle flavor. The depth lies in the fact that it is not a completely modern type. Sashimi (tuna, bonito, cuttlefish, chicken), beef steak, crab salad with spicy sauce and rice-bran paste. I enjoyed it very much!

Oyster Bar (Izakaya?) in Shin-Maruko I had never heard of this brand, but I enjoyed its mild aroma and round taste. I had never heard of this brand, but I enjoyed its mild aroma and mild flavor. Tochigi, I should say, is a masterpiece.
