This is unique. Mouthful of "nothing". Mellow and tasty water. It is not a fresh and clear water, but a mellow and chunky water. The alcohol taste comes out after the middle of the bottle, but there is no moment when you can feel the taste of the water. Would it taste better if it were heated up? No, it probably just gets warmer... Hmmm, I wonder what the brewer was thinking when he made this sake.

Classic, firm, umami spicy! On the first day of opening the bottle, it was a bit angular and had a slightly unpleasant sake taste, but as the day went on, it rounded out and became a delicious, umami spicy sake.

The simple and gentle aroma of rice, the freshly cooked aroma, and the smooth and soft brewing water. The soft water from Aomori, which I often drink, seems to be rich in minerals and nutrients. Is this the difference between Aomori soft water and melted snow water? When you include it, the sweetness and umami of the rice swells in your mouth and is very pleasant. Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting ⑨. Kuen-drop is from Fushimi, Kyoto, but you may not drink or see it very often in bars and other places in the Kansai area... Kunitake Shiboritate Junmai Namaishiki It is easy to drink and has an accent of sourness in the aftertaste. I thought it was the most standard and sake-like of all the sake tasters.

Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting (15) Sake by Higashiyama Sake Brewery of the Kizakura Group. You can buy it at Kappa Country 😙. Kunidrop after a very long time Rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Tottori Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree -1, Acidity 1.7, Amino acidity 1.2 Alcohol 18%. Easy to drink and sweet. I've had it in the past and it's written off as fruity and pineapple, but I think it tasted pretty modern again.

This sake is from Fushimi, Japan. They use only Yamadanishiki from designated farms. It has a sweet aroma like melon. It has a mild taste with a moist sweetness and a moderate but fresh acidity. The juicy flavor and the alcohol content, which is unique to the original sake, make it very satisfying to drink. It goes well with stir-fried beef burdock.
