ぽっけSince I went to the brewery, I had to buy the limited edition sake! So I bought it without hesitation 😊. The first sip gives the impression of being dry and tangy before the fruity taste. But it has a strong ginjo aroma and flavor.

はまちAlthough it is nigori (cloudy), the sweetness of the rice is strong and leaves a strong astringent aftertaste. A perfect match for steamed food such as seafood shao mai. I like it 4.0
