It's crisp and refreshing, but I think it's quite old sake-like.
Once you get past that, there's also a bit of plump sweetness.
According to the guy at the store, it was given to him as a gift.
Would I be offended if I said it was like the sake they sell in souvenir shops? I think it tastes better at room temperature.
