Here is a story from last week.
A liquor store in Kobe had 807 of Yumachi!
Yay!
It didn't smell like Aizan or Rohafu.
It has a hint of banana and melon, but it is lost in the sizzling acidity.
Compared to the clean Yamadanishiki, the Omachi has a wild impression.
Like the dewy leaf wind, it has a complex flavor that is quite good!
Then there is Akitsuho 807.
I would definitely like to try it!
Kaze no Mori is an interesting sake as well as delicious!
*This is the second day. It smells as bonded as ever. Fun~!
