KumakichiThe second lunchtime drink from Sunday at Inageya, an eel restaurant I was curious about on Twitter!
Inageya is a long-established restaurant that is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year, and I made a reservation because I remembered its name being mentioned in a recent episode of Matsuko's Unknown World.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy "Kanto style" and "Kansai style" eel.
The first cup was Kyo Hina Daiginjo!
The second glass was Jikin's special junmai sake Nigori Sake Nama 2021
The third glass was an ash of Shinmasa
Didn't get to purchase the Jikin nigori again this year, but I'm glad I did! I was happy to fully enjoy the fresh aroma and the nigori-like rice flavor!

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy "Kanto style" and "Kansai style" eel, which is rare in the Kanto area. A bottle of Kyo Hina's limited edition sake, Hiden Fukiage Ken Daiginjo, which costs 11,000 yen per bottle, is only 600 yen today!
The aroma is gorgeous, but the ginjo aroma after the first sip and the mellow flavor after the sweetness are irresistible....
I drank it with grilled eel liver and it was gone in an instant....
