The first lunchtime drink since Sunday at Inageya, an eel restaurant I was curious about on Twitter! Inageya is a long-established restaurant that is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year, and I made a reservation because I remembered its name was mentioned in the "Matsuko's Unknown World" the other day! This is a restaurant where you can enjoy "Kanto style" and "Kansai style" eel, which is rare in the Kanto area. A bottle of Kyo Hina's limited edition sake, Hiden Fukiage Ken Daiginjo, which costs 11,000 yen per bottle, is only 600 yen today! The aroma is gorgeous, but the ginjo aroma after the first sip and the mellow flavor after the sweetness are irresistible.... I drank it with grilled eel liver and it was gone in an instant.... Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol percentage: 16
