I had a little bit of it left over. It has a light nigori (light nigori) taste with a graininess and a refreshing taste typical of Gohyakumangoku, but it has been open for a long time, so there is no gasiness, and the alcohol and bitterness in the aftertaste are a little strong. The impression might have been different if it was opened in the mouth.

It is a light, dry sake with a clean and crisp taste. When served cold, it feels a little bland, but as the temperature rises, it becomes rounder. Although it is an unpasteurized sake, it does not feel fresh, perhaps because it has been opened too long.
