A collaboration between Saku no Hana Sake Brewery and Tsuchiya Sake Brewery✨ Refreshing, light 🤩 yet complex. Only possible with an assamplage? It's 🤔 spicy and has bitterness. Interesting. Paired with kojashira in oil.

Fruity, refreshing, and dry. What can I say, I feel like Hakkaisan is a no brainer. I think the same rank of sake is comparable to one higher rank of other brands 🤔 match with conger eel tempura👍.

It's sleek and heavy😵 a little bit difficult to handle. But when you pair it with fried squid (cuttlefish) with liver and miso, it's clear and smooth😆. It was a nice drink in the meal.

Pale, quickly, as much as you can get in😆 , or worse, lightly? The good side of Honjozo comes out. When you pair it with lotus root surimi, it becomes crisp and dry.
