The last of the four drinks. This one is also soft to the taste. It is not so harsh as to be called "very dry. Overall, it is mild with a tight aftertaste, and goes well with sashimi. I ended up drinking four cups.

For the third glass, I asked for a dry sake recommendation. From several candidates, we chose this one, which we had not had much of before. I was told it was made by Ichinozo. The mouthfeel is soft. I didn't feel it was too dry, but it was delicious with sashimi.

The second drink was Nabeshima. This was Purple Label, and I thought it was the first time. Last week's Nabeshima at a soba noodle restaurant was also a rare one, and so is today's. It has a firm flavor, and the aroma is elegant and refreshing. It has a strong flavor and the aroma is elegant and crisp. It is definitely delicious.

I went back to the restaurant I visited for the first time last week. Maybe because it was raining, it was relatively empty today, and I sat at the counter as I did last week. I started with Fudo. The sweet and savory flavor spreads softly. This is delicious.

The conversation with the customer next to me, the general manager, and the proprietress grew roots. So we decided to go for our fourth drink. It had been a while since I had had a Koryu. It is easy to drink, yet crisp and tasty. The owner said that he only hangs a sign at the entrance saying that he has only what he has in stock. I felt the owner's sincerity and pride. There was even a bottle of Jikin. I found a good restaurant.

The second cup was 寫樂. It is a junmai ginjo, just like the one we had at Yonemura the other day. After the Jikin, it seems spicy, but the gentle light sweetness tightens up. Come to think of it, it was a bit spicy last time too. We were served the rest of the sake and asked to finish it. The homemade deep-fried tofu is also delicious. It's a nice touch.

When I went to Ogawa-machi for lunch, I noticed a store with a lot of sake labels in front of it. I happened to be passing by Ogawa-machi at night as well, so I decided to take a peek. I saw a tag for Jikin, so I wondered if they really had it. I wondered if they really had it, but when I asked for it, they did! It smelled good. It is perfect, with an elegant sweet flavor and a refreshingly gentle kick.
