It is easy to drink, yet crisp and tasty. The owner said that he only hangs a sign at the entrance saying that he has only what he has in stock. I felt the owner's sincerity and pride. There was even a bottle of Jikin. I found a good restaurant.

The second cup was 寫樂. It is a junmai ginjo, just like the one we had at Yonemura the other day. After the Jikin, it seems spicy, but the gentle light sweetness tightens up. Come to think of it, it was a bit spicy last time too. We were served the rest of the sake and asked to finish it. The homemade deep-fried tofu is also delicious. It's a nice touch.

When I went to Ogawa-machi for lunch, I noticed a store with a lot of sake labels in front of it. I happened to be passing by Ogawa-machi at night as well, so I decided to take a peek. I saw a tag for Jikin, so I wondered if they really had it. I wondered if they really had it, but when I asked for it, they did! It smelled good. It is perfect, with an elegant sweet flavor and a refreshingly gentle kick.
