Very well balanced. While it is dry and has a clean aftertaste, it also has a strong sense of umami and sweetness when drunk. It is easier to drink than Echigo-Tsurukame.

I had it with grilled mackerel and kelp tsukudani rice balls and adult potato salad. I regret that it would have tasted better if I had paired it with a fish-based snack.
